PROCASTis a comprehensive demand forecasting and sales planning system, including both fully automatic procedures and easy methods of user override. Expert systems take the heat out of large scale tasks so that management time can be concentrated on the main priorities where it counts the most.

PROCAST has the flexibility to provide an excellent solution for your business. Seasonal phasing/seasonality and analysis at any level, statistical trend fitting and promotional budgeting evaluation are all available within this one software package. Simple interfaces allow multiple users in national accounts, marketing and finance to change the forecast using easy methods on a data table or graph.

A planning module extends the functions in PROCAST to include setting inventory targets and planning stocks.  Results can provide a supply/purchasing plan or a master production schedule as part of your strategic plan.

OUTLOOK is a user friendly interface to Procast. It works to a pre-structured format that is ideal for teams such as national account managers who each want to see and change their own slice of data. The forecast can be seen against the relevant background information and can be changed using simple intuitive methods rather than statistical techniques. The software automatically carries out the bottom-up or top-down reconciliation and calculation of alternative units of measurement. When the forecast has been changed it is easily sent back to the main Procast database.

OUTLOOK can be installed locally or on the network and is able to cope with a mix of remote and network users. Communication with Procast is by file exchange, for which any suitable method can be used including email, or the software can be web-enabled.

PROCAST POWERVIEW is identical in look and feel to Outlook, but allows users to generate their own database enquiries with great flexibility. Subject to correct user names and passwords, an amended forecast can be sent back to Procast, or the software can be used as a powerful tool for executive information or for the testing of what-if scenarios to assist with sales demand planning.
